Firstly, each Dreamday energy bar has a full dose of each of the best favorite functional mushrooms and nootropics for more energy & brainpower and less stress & anxiety. Dreamday chocolate also contains four natural supplements in each bar. 300 mg of Ashwagandha, 300 mg of Cordyceps, 300 mg of Chaga, plus MCT oil. Cordyceps for energy, ashwagandha for clarity, chaga for immunity, and MCTs for focus.
